Purchased to reposition the wiper arms after replacing the windshield. I chose this particular model over more traditional types of pullers due to the limited clearance to the lever on the driver's side of my car (Audi A3 8V). The tool fitted the wiper arms perfectly and worked well, and I adjusted both arms in less than 10 minutes with just one snag: the little plastic knob is probably the worst design for getting enough torque to pry the arm off the wedges (especially for a man over 50); A lever or something you could attach a wrench to would be much better. After *gently* using a few grips on the handle, each hand came free with a satisfying "pop." Earned a star for the handle design; otherwise no problem.
