The speed at which they can get documents together for us! I love how responsive Chris Smithy/Diane Puckett are when we ask questions or need clarification about what's being submitted from them with legal docs etc -- like this past Thursday was my request (weird because i have never ordered anything else through their site before). But after asking her many times via text messaging during last few days she responded very quickly every time even though there were multiple requests coming out throughout workday Friday - Sunday morning. It took several hours total but worth EVERY second waiting patiently while all those other tasks ran concurrently!! We received full files within 48 hrs instead 3 weeks plus 2 additional file updates later than originally agreed upon timeline. ! The people there are great! They were very helpful with all my questions about how this process works/goes!! There was nothing I didn't like at first glance - no concerns or complaints whatsoever. Highly recommended for anyone looking into getting their UCC Search done. ! Definitely go talk them up & make sure you know exactly what your needs will be before asking any specific question regarding an issue they might face during execution. !!
