I love having a remote station! I say professional level because it reminds me of what I used when I was in the culinary arts. In addition, there is a wireless remote base. It would be convenient. Many times I've put on my cooking utensils and stepped aside just for you to be distracted or lose track of time. This solves my problem. As you can see in the video, I even walked across the street to my neighbor's house. I was able to set custom levels for my enchiladas and set an alarm when they were done. The screen is backlit for use when needed, but I haven't tested this for a long time. A few other features have not yet been tested due to lack of skill, but I will. Enjoy prime ribs or corned beef.
