Ineffective dose and poor customer service
If there was less than one star I would give them a reason because they say that if you are not happy with the results we will refund your money. I've used other boots to ruin the gel boots and it works great for me but I didn't like the taste so I changed it to this one and got the same result as before. From the gel I sent an email to the thread a while ago asking how to get my money back but no answer from them
