It's been about a month since I installed it on a ceramic tile bathtub wall and none of the suction cups have come loose yet. We have 4" square smooth ceramic tile that looks like glass and these suction cups stick to it very well. I imagine that if your wall (or tub surround) isn't a smooth (glossy) surface, they might not stick to it as well. May be wrong because. I say that because I gave one of these to someone who tried it on their bathtub wall, but it didn't stick because it was a matte cheap plastic bathtub body that wasn't smooth. When I bought them I thought the price was only for one shelf so I bought two of them but when they arrived I received two packs each with two shelves for a total of four packs which was a pleasant surprise. Buy them, it's worth it. I was impressed with the quality for the price. Remember that when attaching the suction cups, you need to slightly moisten the suction cups before attaching, otherwise they will not stick. UPDATE 10/26/21: It's been about five months since I attached these suction cups to the shelves on the ceramic tile wall and they're still sticking! Not a single shelf has fallen down yet. This is great quality at a low price!
