I tore up my old cover so I decided to update it a bit. While this new cover is stronger than the previous one, the old one was nice and big and weighed the car down easily. It's like watching my mom try to put on designer jeans. I think it's made to fit and I lined it up the way it should go, but it barely covers the body. The old one fit my wheels completely which was great as I spent good money on it. So the end result is solid, strong, but too small to cover the ENTIRE shopping cart.
