I like how easy it was for me to set up my account and start testing! The interface is very simple but effective. There are also plenty of options available so you can test anything from mobile games to web browsers. Sometimes there are issues when using certain features which makes some tests difficult to complete. For example, sometimes you cannot see the full text of an option while others might not be able to choose multiple items at once. So far, I haven't found anything particularly bad about this service. If you're looking for something reliable then I would recommend giving them a try. We use their platform to collect user data during our product development process. They provide us access to thousands of potential customers who will give honest reviews of our app.
