At a visit, my hairdresser recommended me trying this and I rushed home to purchase so I won't forget. As soon as my other product finished, I started using this and went on with life. After a months or so, I started noticing a lot of hair in the shower and these awful knots with all of this loose hair. I finally went to the doctor thinking the worse and got blood work. I didn't even think it could have been this product. After getting the results, my doctor told me that I should review all the products that I have started in the last few months and this was the only new one. I sent a note to customer service explaining my experience and even offering to send back the half used bottle so they can check it out. They told me that because it was outside of the month window, they couldn't give me a refund. It was super frustrating. Now, I just need to figure out how to grow my hair back. Obviously I wouldn't recommend this product nor this company.
