Review on Racktime Tour 🧳 Rear Box with Snapit-System by Derek Cage

We recently bought 2 new Trek Verve+ 2 e-bikes and both came with Racktime pannier racks. My wife needed some sort of secure bag to store her Nikon DSLR while we were out and about in the wildlife sanctuaries close to home. This one looked like it would do the job. First, Revain's offer to buy the Tour Box, Secure-it Lock and Snap-it is silly in my opinion because the Tour Box comes with a Snap-it connector pre-installed. We received a refund for an additional unwanted item with no issues. Inside the tour box is just bare black plastic. No padding so we had to wrap my wife's camera in a towel to keep it from bumping. The Tour Box's Snap-it connector snapped into the Racktime pannier rack on my wife's bike, and then I installed the Secure-it lock, and bingo, the Tour Box can't be removed without a key. That was the good part. The Tour Box lid does not fit properly and rattles constantly. The Snap-it connector is loosely connected to the Racktime at the back of the bike so it rattles all the time. We are not satisfied with this product.
