The blue part is mostly shiny.
The blue part mostly looks like glitter. I didn't see it in the photo. I was going to bet 3 but it's not a bad thing, it's just that it may affect your choice if you're not a brilliant person. But this item is an affordable nutcase, so I'm not upset. So far this is working fine.
- It adjusts to the size of the ring and rotates easily. In the sun it is very beautiful, when it meets the blue it really appears.
- The rotating ring design can be noisy, which can be distracting or annoying for some customers.
