I almost returned this as the Teflon cup gasket that comes with it (the one that fits Pyrex cups) doesn't quite fit the CK17 torch as it comes in the kit, and around to be honest, they didn't fit. t is advertised as compatible. The hole for the gasket is too small to easily fit on the CK17. All that was required of the gasket was an inside diameter cut off by a few thousand, which I did with a drill removal tool. An exacto knife would probably work as well. Take your time - I took some time to shave it a little, check the fit (try stretching it around your lip), shave a little more, check again, redo. half a dozen adjustments, eventually it stretched enough and snapped into place very tightly. The double O-rings hold the pyrex cups in place and fit perfectly with the rest of the parts. I gave it 4 stars when I received it but definitely 5 stars after it was modified to fit properly.
