The left side does not connect

So I bought it and IMMEDIATELY the left side does not connect. Tried charging, resetting, unplugging, holding for 15 seconds to turn off, etc. The right side paired instantly and the left side is DEAD. To make matters worse, I can't seem to return them. TERRIBLE
