Works as it should. From the box it looks very similar to the original, maybe the cables feel a little thinner but to be honest it doesn't bother me. Fits my original Xbox One with no problems. The cables might be a bit shorter than the originals that came with the console, but not by much. I know everyone's biggest concern is the fan, and I can tell you there is definitely a fan, but you can barely hear it. Louder than the original, but not by much.
