The Elite 3 does its job perfectly. Block sound and retrieve my voice for calls. They take a long time to charge. The sound quality is great for the entry-level price and does a good job at my work (noisy machines everywhere) and even at the gym. They stay in my ear well, which wasn't the case with the 85t. You can only connect to one device, which is a bit of a hassle but not overly annoying. The only problem is that the plastic feels so slick that it falls out of my hand when I take it out of the charging case. I wore them for a week and dropped one of the headphones into a crack in the elevator. Now it was a pain to get it.
