So we have a lot of shoes in this style in our family. We're all different brands and each has a slightly different fit, but they're all pretty much the same. This particular pair had blisters on the ankles, which is a shame because in the summer we like to wear our water shoes when hiking in places where we have to cross streams or when it's raining. This is the only pair that chafes at the ankles and we found this to be a design that wraps around the ankle. Our others have a sock-like texture where the stiffer band rubs. I hope next year we can find a pair with a different top for my daughter.
