I finally found you!

This is exactly what I wanted to trim my short stems to put in a display case to keep on my counter or to serve for dinner. You can carry it outside without worrying about bottles tipping over as it's pretty durable. The bottles can be easily removed for cleaning. I saw something similar on my niece and have been looking for it ever since. This is a great gift, especially for those who have roses.
