Good product but problem with shipping south - hot summer. This product must be stored in a cool place, otherwise the bacteria will die. IT shows fridge space after opening, but also don't let it go over 78 degrees Fahrenheit when you go to the product web page. The problem is that they want to charge almost double the price for shipping with cold packs. So buy from Amazon if you live in an area where your daytime temperatures are above 30°C in the summer, and then order in the spring and fall. That's what I plan to do from now on because this product does exactly what it says it does and is in every way worth buying.
