I like that we can easily create customised tours, with multiple stops in different locations around the world! The customer service team are great too - always willing to help us out when needed (even though sometimes it's really hard :D).

Sometimes there may be issues where some of our data gets corrupted but they have been very quick at resolving these problems so far. We love using this system as an easy way to manage all aspects of running our tourism businesses from one place. It helps keep track of everything which has made life much easier than having spreadsheets everywhere!!
