The shoes themselves are very cute. However, I ordered the wrong size on my first order. The original pair arrived well packaged and clean. I took them out long enough to put a shoe on my daughter, realize my mistake, and put them back together. I sent them back and ordered the next size up. This time the shoes arrived unpackaged in a box with markings on the white rubber. These are shoes that have obviously been worn and returned. I am very disappointed and will be back and don't think I will order again.
