My rating is based on the price and my expectation "You get what you pay for". I needed a monitor/tv mount for a cctv system that is used 5 months a year. The monitor is stored for the remaining 7 months. I didn't want anything complicated or necessary tool to remove it. I didn't need any height adjustment or swivel. Just a simple mount. I love this mount, it's exactly what I wanted and it's not available anywhere else. Although this involved labor costs, I'm glad I was able to save the company money by not having to pay for a store-bought mount with features I didn't need. The monitor lifts out of the wall mount for easy removal.
