Difficult but beautiful!
Installation is really difficult. Thanks to the stylist who got used to it. But when we got them, they were AWESOME! I have long hair and accidentally bought 14 inches :/ Luckily I had enough packs to extend my hair and make it really long. After a while I got tired of the length and cut it off. So the moral of the story is, if your hair touches your shoulders, just go for 18 inches and save yourself the trouble. I probably won't buy this unit again as it's difficult to install but I LOVE LOVE the look!
