Review on 🚰 PROZRTED Smart Instant Hot Water Recirculating Pump System HBS24-12 with Built-In Thermostat by Richard Puckett

I bought this based on the reviews after looking at other more expensive options that didn't look as 'smooth'. I also liked the idea of the remote control. Well it arrived with the wrong leads (they are marked 1/2 thru 3/8 but both ends are 1/2. So I had to run to the local hardware store to get new leads AND 3/8 thru 1) . /2 because my 3/8 leads don't fit the 1/2 T adapter. Go back, hook everything up (which to their credit is relatively easy and straightforward), and the T-adapters they supply fail. I don't know why this isn't a bigger issue for others who have reviewed the product as it is two piece and impossible to seal (yes the washers were there). Why not use a one-piece t-shirt?! So I've spent a few hours/attempts installing it and still don't even know if the pump works as advertised because it's leaking like a strainer. Discuss purchasing another replacement part for this brand new pump or just throw in the towel and go with my original gut and pay for a higher quality product. Was hopeful based on the reviews but totally disappointed. Too bad.
