Size 7. Toddlers loved them and carried them in the rain and mud and the boots had enough room to put on 2-3 pairs of socks to use in the snow (temporarily as they are not insulated but keep your feet dry). The toddler has outgrown them and this is my second pair but is a size 8. The old pair are still in excellent condition despite being used for over 11 months. Toddler has outgrown a size 8 in Carters and is wearing size 9 Nike sandals this spring so I think these boots are a bit too big. A little heavy but not too heavy for a toddler to run (or walk in the snow). Fantastic quality and adorable design - they were great as part of a Halloween fireman costume. Kiddo loves them and the boots get lots of compliments. Highly recommended!
