We had a problem due to a USER ERROR. There is no fault of the seller. They worked with us, tried different solutions and finally helped us to replace the broken part. They were responsive, helpful and quickly offered a positive solution. I can't say enough good things about the sale. As for the product. This works very well. I still have to check the microphone recording, but everything else is great.
