I have an old RCA only VCR. I've read in many places that Sony wires the 3.5mm jack differently than other manufacturers, and many people have had trouble getting plugged-in RCA cables to work. they had to swap colors etc. I'm happy to report that it worked on my Sony 65in Bravia with no problems. No color deviations. just plug it in and get started. Audio and video work perfectly with the DVD player. Very happy with this very economical mix.
