Review on 🔗 Chrome Tie Cable - RUFFIN' IT by Lauren Brown

Dog was tied to this so my dog could be released. I wrote to the company and explained this with a request for a replacement delivery. Since their product is recommended for dogs weighing 65 pounds, my dog is under 55 years old. After a lengthy photo submission process, I was sent a replacement as the company stated "this has never happened before". I was given a replacement leash and after installing it over the next week, the plastic pulley clamp that connects to the top leash broke in half, allowing my dog to free himself. Also a joke is "weatherproof vinyl", after a few rains the line will start to rust and the red vinyl will fade from red to clear and become brittle (see photos attached above). As a dog owner, I strongly advise against trusting this item for your pet's safety. Because this leash will only cause headache and anxiety for you and your pet. I wish I could give this product 0 stars out of 5 - I can't believe such an unreliable and unsafe product is allowed to be sold on Revain.
