I bought this for work and everyone I call says they can hear me perfectly. I love how light and comfortable the headset is, and it's very easy to use: literally plug and play. No drivers to install, no software settings, etc. The volume and mute buttons work fine, but I would like to point out that MS Teams for Microsoft Teams users may show a message that the device volume is loud when you press the mute button on the headset press muted. too low (or equivalent words). It's ok but this happened to me twice during today's meeting and I decided to just mute the mic with the mute button in MS Teams to skip this nonsense entirely. Still, I love it so much that I bought another one while I was working on the house. Completely satisfied with this product.
