I'm writing to express my profound dissatisfaction with my recent purchase of a laptop computer from APROTII. To begin, there was inadequate assistance for customers. The customer service rep I dealt with seemed disinterested and seemed eager to end the call. In addition, I was never informed of the shipping delays, so I had no idea when I would finally get my laptop. It arrived late and in poor shape, so I had to shell out more cash to get it fixed. The entire process of using APROTII was annoying and unnecessary. If you need computer parts or electronics, do not go via this vendor. There are many other places to go that provide higher-quality service and goods.
