I was looking for a very basic camera that would be easy to use. This camera started out that way for the most part, but there are SO many options that I don't really need or want that I'm still trying to figure them all out. I always have to refer to the guidebook to understand what all the options mean. It's a fairly easy camera to use, but sometimes I get into a dilemma because I haven't read the options clearly enough to understand them all. I would recommend this camera to anyone who has the patience to READ what is at stake. Not me. It takes very good pictures and is easy to download to my computer. I was happy with the simple options that I know. I just didn't want to take the time to read all about it. I wanted simple and easy. Most of the time I really like this camera. My pup grabbed it first and chewed it for a while, scratching it quite hard and it held up well. So THAT was very impressive to me, it was well done. Would probably buy again.
