On November 21st, I placed an order for a chair. The delivery was scheduled for the 28th of November. They noted the date that the chair would arrive every day, starting on September 9 and continuing through December 3. Double for delivery Some pros: The chair is of high quality. In general, one feels at ease. Carpet is easy to navigate with large wheels. Reclining backwards in a relaxed manner. Several disadvantages, including a cushion that is too firm to be used as a headrest or under the backrest. Unfortunately, as the chair was being put together by the assembler from Services, it was discovered that there was insufficient manpower. There were no handles for regulating the mechanism in the multiblock, which means that the seat cannot be adjusted in any way, including being lifted or lowered. I made a call to customer care. They had promised to figure things out, but now that the chair has been delivered, I really hope they don't. Everything was terrible with the delivery, and all of these "breakfasts" kept me on the edge of my seat the whole time. Was it that difficult to indicate that there had been issues with delivery and that the chair will be delivered precisely in one week on such and such a date?
