My Yorkshire barks no matter what we've tried with training and dog whistles. We live on a golf course and she freaks out when she sees someone playing golf or on a golf cart. We also can't drive through the car to eat because they can't hear us because of their barking. The collar counts from day one! My complaint is even set that it's the smallest, it's too big. We used a hair tie for a better fit. First, we simply use vibration at a lower level and sound at a higher level. When it starts, she immediately stops barking and dives under the bed to be on the safe side. I don't think it won't be long wearing this collar before she learns to stop barking. We were shocked and that's all I can say! I hope we don't have to use this feature and if we don't go above the lowest level because it's small, but this collar will probably make the dinosaur behave at a high level lol. For now we highly recommend it.
