They're great because they're: 1) rechargeable, 2) very light, and 3) small. All of these are wonderful qualities that I am very pleased with. However, they only last 30 minutes. The bike ride home takes about 20 minutes, so that's enough for about 1.5 rides. That means I have to charge them every night if I don't want to risk driving home in the dark. Okay, no big deal, I charge my phone every night. Except now I have three more spare cables and had to buy a USB charger to accommodate them all. Not to mention there are now four places they can be: on my bike, in my pocket, in a tree for USB charging, lying around waiting to be charged, or something like that. I have a family and (among other things) I simply have nothing to consider. I am skeptical that I have to charge many things every day. All in all I recommend something else (maybe one of the larger lights on sale which I hear last about a week) if you need bike lights.
