The products have clearly been tampered with
the packaging has clearly been tampered with. The outer shrink wrap on none of the products was Wizards shrink wrap. None of the packages had a notch to indicate that they were new packages (ie they had been opened and resealed); and the outer shrink wrap was store bought and also opened.
