Be careful when shopping at Odd Novelties

I ordered 3 new coffee mugs as gifts for a hen party. I was very disappointed to receive such a shoddy product. First the gift box was damaged. Solitaire rhinestones either fell off or dangled. I bought the correct glue at a rhinestone store in hopes I could give them away. To make matters worse, the rock crystal didn't shine and the shape didn't fit into the recess. As you can see the rhinestone pops out and slopes slightly, not flush with the handle. This item does not look like it was visually advertised.
