Fits, but not perfectly
Purchased for a 1989 GMC Dual R3500. As we continue to learn more about this truck, it may depend on the year and model of the truck, but we found that the engine was rebuilt and has newer model parts, so this may be the reason why it didn't fit perfectly. The price was right and delivery was quick.
