So far good experience, especially since using Social Blade
The ability for us to connect our social media accounts (facebook/twitter) with multiple sites at once has been really helpful! I love that we can keep track of every site's engagement rates separately - it helps me know where my audience spends most time online & how best to spend advertising budget there vs elsewhere.- It would be great if some tabs were more prominent or easier to navigate through when viewing analytics page by itself rather than having to click back several times just to get back into general dashboard area. This program allows access via PC but mobile app could add an extra layer so people don't have to log out from website they are already logged onto. We've had problems uploading photos due to lack of space available within account section. However this was resolved after contacting customer service team who gave advice about possible solutions.

- You're able see what content is performing better over others easily compared against competitors' marketing efforts too; makes planning campaigns much smoother process without any guesswork involved :)
- Can sometimes experience delays while waiting around 10 minutes before seeing
