Technically it works but not well enough

I followed the instructions and it worked but not very well. When plugged in it works just like wired CarPlay, with the following downsides: Annoyances: - Mine won't connect unless I disable my iPhone's (11) Bluetooth from the car stereo - I assume it uses its own Bluetooth connection to connect to my phone and you can't have two connections at the same time. - About 1.0-1.5 seconds delay when skipping songs, forward/backward with steering wheel controls, touch screen controls, etc. - When the phone is connected to Wi-Fi at home (in the garage), it will not connect; You must either turn off your home WiFi on your phone before starting the car, or remove and reinsert the key after leaving the area. Breach of contract for me: - Phone calls are quite delayed. I did a test with someone on the phone where I asked them to say the number 1, then I said 2 after I heard them, then they said 3 when they heard me, etc. On connection with this device 2 seconds delay between numbers. In other words, he didn't hear me call my number until more than 2 seconds had passed after he called my number. I took this test after speaking awkwardly to people on the phone - we were talking about each other which was very confusing. When that connection wasn't being used and just using Bluetooth, the conversation was as normal as two standalone cell phones, the same with wired CarPlay of course. Too bad it didn't work for me. I could probably live with trouble, but not deal breaker. My car is Kia Telluride SX.
