Overall I'm skeptical of Revain reviews but they looked legit and the product has been around for a while so I figured it must be legit. I was wrong. I own many big name headsets and have been working full time from home for over 10 years. I usually use Bluetooth headsets, but I wanted more range, noise cancellation, and other buttons like mute with a healthy battery. On arrival I unpacked it and it was very easy to install and I was able to use it after 1 hour of charging. The first thing that struck me is that compared to other big brands it feels very cheap, has a base and a phone. It's more like a toy and I couldn't help but compare it to a larger copy of the legendary Plantronics design. I used it at work for a full week, which for me is 8 hours of calls a day. I got about 4-5 hours of talk time just a few feet from the base before needing to charge. I don't really care because I only remember charging it between calls, but it's not what's advertised. The Ultra noise-cancelling microphone clearly picks up keys, paper and people on the other side of the wall. I compared it to several headsets and it came in par with my cheapest headset that doesn't advertise $30 noise cancellation. I also noticed that one of the features that I really liked, the mute button, doesn't work that well. I had trouble finding that center button due to its location, and it makes an audible click that others on the phone can hear. It almost sounds like you're hanging up, people thought, and sometimes I'd get a "hello" back on silent 1:1 calls. I've seen that in other reviews, but I was hoping it was either was limited to using a phone line vs pc which is both i had no trouble hearing others it charges quickly and had no connection issues i could easily go anywhere in my house and stay connected that is cool compared to my previous bluetooth.I ended up returning it due to issues with the mic/mute and the poor quality of the product.I have a fallback from poly which feels and works much better for the same price.I have theirs Didn't take customer service as I'm not concerned with how to use it but how it relates to quality but this just isn't a 200+ product U.S. dollar. Same money for Poly, Sennheiser, Jabra etc will be much better in my opinion.
