Great headset - with a few tweaks it would be perfect!

I was looking for a replacement for a 15 year old Plantronics headset because people started laughing at me when we switched to full video conferencing. 😀I tried 6 different headsets (including 3 new Plantronics models) and this one was the best. My main needs were a full-size model (as opposed to an on-ear), distance (I walk around the house a lot while talking), easy muting (for the same reason) and clarity of the sound. It hits all four. The sound quality is fantastic: the sound is crisp and clear from my side. I had dealings with Philip and Kat recently and their friendliness and personality were off the charts. I have ordered a Leitner Overhead Wireless Headset. It was easy to set up, easy to use, the sound quality is excellent and the warranty can't be beat. All I needed was a wireless headset to get around the office. It has a range of 350 feet; However, walls can affect the range. Overall I'm skeptical of Revain reviews but they looked legit and the product has been around for a while so I figured it must be legit. I was wrong. I own many big name headsets and have been working full time from home for over 10 years.
