I work as an IT manager for a medium-sized company in Boise. We switched to a new IP telephony system that combines hardware and softphones with the same DID (telephone number). We use many brands and models of headsets and Leitner has quickly become what my end users are asking for. It has more functionality and integration with hardware and softphones. I came across this while looking for something to integrate with our Yealink hardware and softphone software. With this headset you can switch between receiving calls on a PC (softphone) and a landline phone with a short press of a button on the base station. Leitner is a very comfortable headset if you have to wear it for a long time. Unlike many other headsets, we use the Leitner by placing most of the weight closer to your head/behind your ear rather than dangling directly from your ear canal. The base is also compact and has an easy-to-read layout. Now the warranty is 5 years, the support number in the box you get live who is the headset expert and supports it for the phone model you want to pair it with. also thumbs up.
