I was looking for a replacement for a 15 year old Plantronics headset because people started laughing at me when we switched to full video conferencing. 😀I tried 6 different headsets (including 3 new Plantronics models) and this one was the best. My main needs were a full-size model (as opposed to an on-ear), distance (I walk around the house a lot while talking), easy muting (for the same reason) and clarity of the sound. It hits all four. My only two complaints are 1) it's a bit difficult to put on, but once it's on you forget it's there, and 2) the mute function isn't perfect. The mute button isn't exactly intuitive (since it sits between the volume buttons) and pressing it doesn't immediately notify you that your audio is muted. It beeps about every 8 seconds, but when you first mute it, it doesn't beep until after 8 seconds. Seems like a simple design fix from Leitner (just add a beep on mute), but even with that it's still the best headphone headset ever:
