Okay, I never take the time to write product reviews, but I was so impressed with this product and the GREAT SERVICE from Leitner Headsets that I wanted to share this news. I'm constantly on the phone during the working day and often have trouble understanding the person I'm talking to. I like being able to crank up the volume if I can't hear the people on the other line. My previous headset was a basic Plantronics ($39 model), This was good for the price but is a few years old and becoming less and less reliable. When I got the Leitner headset (admittedly a lot more expensive but worth it) I ran some tests with my old Plantronics headset versus the new Leitner headset and THERE IS NO COMPARISON. Leitner headset technology is much better. The sound quality for external callers is crisp and clear, and the ability to customize the sound for the user is great! I've received many compliments on how much better I sound with the Leitner headset. My only constructive feedback is that I sometimes have a hard time putting the headset on (and holding the headset if I wear glasses) because the back is so much larger than my previous headset. But I'm slowly getting used to it. I cannot praise Leitner's great customer service enough. When I opened the box, the first thing I found was a card from Raghu, my account manager. advised me to call him before doing anything else. I followed his instructions and called him before unpacking the gear. He was amazing, experienced and professional. He got me up and running in about 20 minutes and even called back to check on me the following week. Overall I am very satisfied with the product and the customer service. Go ahead, Leitner headsets!
