Just wanted to drop you a note to let you know that your company's customer service is second to none. I had dealings with Philip and Kat recently and their friendliness and personality were off the charts. This is consistent with the fact that both understood the products well and fixed the problem immediately. Add some Tootsie Rolls and some candy (which I REALLY don't need π) to the package I got, it's just a whole new level. I would say that I have never come across a company that offers better customer service and also has a great product. And at such a level that I can't even imagine using any other brand of headset. ever! Also, I will make sure others I work with know about your company. I had the chance to chat with two different customer service representatives. The first thing I noticed was that there were no menu or hold options. He called the person who took the call directly. Who still does that these days? They both helped me with some technical issues that were user error on my part and were VERY friendly. And when I received my two packages, they were Tootsie Rolls and Fruit Chews. Again nobody does. Except Headsets.com. I have used Plantronics and another major brand and in my experience their products are nowhere near as good as yours. Buyer and attorney for life, here.
