Great memory foam pillow
This pillow is great! I tried a few types of pillows but they didn't work. It effectively changed my insomnia. I sleep well most of the time. Since it hugs the curve of my neck very well, I don't feel any pressure. I think long-term use can really protect me from cervical spine problems. In the supine position, the shoulders and neck are not sagging, pain in the shoulders and neck is absent. I recommend it.
