Rock Steady Temperature Control

So, I bought this a little over a month ago for a 30 gallon setup (yes, blown away, but naked with me). I set up the tank and started the cycle, thinking this would give me some time to make sure the unit didn't die right over me. Well I heated the tank to 70F to start the plants and cycle. After the cycle, I increased the temp to 78F for my guppies and the heater responded great. Good even heating of the tank, heats up well, quickly but not too quickly and keeps the stone steady. This tank is close to a window and air conditioning, and despite natural sunlight and air conditioning, it never moves more than 1Β°f. 1 degree! The lid is tight around the item and the controls are easy to use. now con And there is only one. Hit or miss sucker. The ones on the heating element work great, but the ones on the temperature control box tend to fall off the tank every few days. I fixed this by supporting and tying the wires so the suction cup didn't have to support their weight. That being said, I would recommend this heater to anyone looking for a "set and forget" device that works consistently.
