The software has helped to engage with our audience in an efficient manner, by creating campaigns which are able to target specific groups of users as well send out emails at times when they're most likely reading them! We can also use it more effectively than we could have before because now I know exactly what messages my subscribers want or need rather then having random guesses about who might actually like something from me!! There's not much dislikeable things yet but if there were maybe this would be one thing (it doesn't help us very often). Try using webengaige first so you get used to how everything works - especially since some people still haven't been trained properly into its uses after all these years. It helps create targeted content & reach new audiences through engaging blog posts/articles via social media channels etc.
