Review: I recently got a patio set and accessories from STARTWO, but sadly, I was quite unhappy with the quality of their products. I would not recommend buying anything from them. In spite of the fact that the company guaranteed long-lasting patio furniture and accessories, the products that I ordered did not live up to my expectations in this regard.
Even though I had only used them a handful of times, the cushions that I had purchased for my patio set rapidly became worn and lost their shape. The furniture cover that I purchased did not live up to expectations either, since it tore after only a single use. To add salt to injury, when I called customer service to voice my dissatisfaction, the representatives were unhelpful and appeared uninterested in resolving the problem I was having. In general, STARTWO is not a brand that I would recommend to anyone searching for outdoor living products of a high quality. On their website, the items that they sell could have a great appearance, but in reality, those items are not worth the amount that they are asking. Look in other places if you want to get patio furniture and accessories that will last a long time.
