To be honest most of the reviews for this product are so general that I suspect they are fake. So let me offer my 2 cents. I needed a towel hook for my bathroom and finding one is not as easy as it looks. Most of the "hooks" in the bathroom are for bathrobes, and when you try to hang a towel on them, the towel immediately slides off. This was my third attempt at finding a working towel hook and I chose it for its sleek, modern look. Assembly was easy and this pup is holding my towel like a champ! A small hint. Carefully choose the placement of this hook. The edges are sharp and if you bump into them, it hurts.
