Review on 4 Pairs Bike Handlebar Bar End Plugs Caps with Installation Tool for Road & Mountain Bicycles by Mark Sharma

My family has 4 bikes and the plugs that came with the bikes either fell out, looked dull or were scratched. We have the same colors as all 4 caps. Colored finish - metal. The screw that goes into the whole thing looks like stainless steel or some type of rust resistant metal. The part that is supposed to keep them from falling out is made of plastic. I don't think this will be a problem. They look great on my bike as shown in the photos.
