Review on Rubbermaid Commercial FGP250SS Digital Receiving Scale for Food Service, 250 lbs, Stainless Steel - Improved SEO by Mdl Thurston

Revainrating 4 out of 5

Good heavy duty scale

I have used this scale to weigh buckets of scrap and tested it for reliability with a 1lb can of peanut butter and it seems reliable. I complain that the ribs on the top make it difficult to put some large, oddly shaped items on the scale, such as B. the ribbed bottom of the Rubbermaid bathtub. It wouldn't be so annoying if the combs served an apparently useful purpose, but as far as I know, they don't. If you take the item off the scale quickly, the scale also goes back to zero very quickly and gets stuck somewhere to the right of zero, requiring me to re-zero it, which is even more annoying because it's very difficult to draw a measuring line accurately , at zero she always seems to want to be at least a quarter pound to the right or left. again.) or measurements of large objects covering the dial. But then again, when the lock is released, the dial returns to the zero mark and rotates to the right of it again, grrr. The only way to avoid this is to put your hand on the scale and slowly let the tension return to zero. There's nothing wrong with that, but this isn't a cheap scale, so I don't want to put up with such an inconvenience. Overall a good and reliable scale so far (only a few weeks of use) with a few annoying features.
